While I was waiting for the yarn, I worked on some circles, and some squares for a charity effort. I did take pictures of the circles but somehow those pictures have gone missing. I have one picture measuring the circle.
Here is a picture of the squares.
The three larger squares are ones I made some time ago and had in my bin. I have no idea what pattern or yarn it is. They are soft and shiny so I'm guessing maybe Bernat Satin or Caron Simply Soft or perhaps the old Red Heart Soft.
The others are 6" squares made with Red Heart Super Saver yarn (pumpkin, delft blue, hot red and a cream - maybe soft white). I think the yellow might be I Love This Yarn.
I used and I or H hook - whichever gave me the 6" goal. The pattern is my daughter's cross-stitch pattern which is one of my all time favorites. So easy and mindless once you get going and very easy to assemble together.
You can find her patterns (Kate Smith) and others on my pattern page at Crochet Cabana.
Happy crocheting!
Sandie
Lots of cheerful squares, well done!
