Crochet Cabana is the brainchild of Sandie Petit--that’s me!--an avid crocheter who is passionate about the craft. I am a Craft Yarn Council of America Certified Crochet Teacher and became a member of Crochet Guild of America in November 1996.
This site was started to share my interest in crochet with others in October 1997. It has gone through a lot of changes and moves since then. Finally, in 2024 due to health issues, I have made the decision to downsize the site. The blog continues on blogger at https://crochetcabana.blogspot.com/ .
As of this date, I plan to keep the patterns up.
Please note that Crochet Cabana uses US/American crochet terminology throughout the site and are written for right-handed crocheters unless otherwise noted..
