Jacob Ladder scarf

I finished the Jacob's Ladder scarf. Finished size is 6 1/2" x 76", longer than I generally make them but it looks really nice if I do say so myself. :-)

The yarn is I Love This Yarn. The body is Peacock and the edging is Peacock Ombre. I've used the ombre before and it's a beautiful yarn.

I only had to cut out one section on the Peacock, which isn't too bad given how many I've had recently.

I still have the Who S18 scarf on hook and the S12 baby afghan to assemble. I will use the excuse I've had a bad cold. Well, yes, I know that's a bad excuse. LOL It will get done eventually...

The technique used is shown in my video here.  For this particular scarf, I used the 8, 8, 8. 8 dc, 8 chains, 8 dc and a dc edging.

dishcloths

Two more dishcloths off my hook.

The cream colored one is my reversible dishcloth.The green is simple double crochet across with a double crochet edging.

I'm also working on a Jacob's Ladder scarf in blue. Pics of that will be coming soon.

Short post but that's all I've got for right now. :-)
